ABOUT OUR COMPANY
AMS Building Systems was established in 2014 with the mission of creating extraordinary homes for our customers all while helping them stay within their budget. Owner/partners, Randy Sibson and Nick Slattery, have a combined total over 50 years’ experience in the construction industry. We employ our own team of carpenters and utilize many local sub-contractors to assure the job is completed to our quality standards and in an efficient manner.
Our projects vary from custom residential homes, remodels, multi-family, agricultural, and commercial buildings. Building energy-efficient, maintenance-free homes and utilizing the latest in design technology is our goal. design
Reach out to us via email or phone to set up an initial meeting to discuss home plans, design, and budget. Our in-house designer will draw up your plans and once the plan is finalized, we will send it out for bids to assure we can guarantee our pricing. Our estimates are offered at no cost you.
build
Our crews of carpenters and multitude of other subcontractors bring your home to life step by step. We handle all of the coordination from ordering material, scheduling subcontractors, and can even help with financing. A typical new build takes 5-6 months to complete.
